Ludwig Mies van der Rohe (March 27, 1886 – August 17, 1969) was a German-American architect and furniture designer. His building style is characterised by an extreme clarity and simplicity, as well as a consistent use of steel and glass.
Some of his best known works include the skyscraper "The Seagram Building" in New York and the "Barcelona chair", designed for the 1929 International Exposition in Barcelona. In this room you can admire two replicas of that chair. You will also be able to enjoy the well-known Brno chair, originally designed for the bedroom of the Tugendhat House in the city of Brno in the Czech Republic.You will stay in a spacious, comfortable 2 person suite.
